I don't just sell Nanuk cases, but I use them every day to protect my photographic equipment and other specialized instruments. In 2011 I discovered Nanuk by Plasticase while looking for alternative cases. Cases sold by other manufacturers were failing and although warranty provided most parts needed for repairs, it was inconvenient. Handles and latches were the common problems. How could I trust the other cases to protect my gear if the cases weren't reliable 100% of the time?

When I discovered Nanuk I started out with the 930 case. At first glance I was most impressed by the latching system. The 930 was light weight, came with a lifetime warranty and it was a sharp looking case! I have since used a variety of cases from the 905 to the 960 and continue to be impressed.

In 2016 I decided that after using the cases for 5 years I would start up toughcases.ca to bring you the ease of a local vendor. I am based out of Peterborough Ontario and ship these Canadian made cases throughout Canada. 

We don't aim to bring you the biggest selection around - just some great cases at fair prices and free shipping in Canada on orders over $100*.
