Our free shipping offer is valid on any qualifying toughcases.ca order over $100. Qualifying order amounts are calculated before taxes on a single transaction. Orders placed after 11:00 am (EST) or over e weekend will be processed the next business day and orders typically ship within 48 hours of completing the order.
SHIPPING TO REMOTE LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, we can't extend our free shipping offer to remote locations including Yukon, N.W.T, and Nunavut. Parts of Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick may not qualify for free shipping. Email to find out it if you I qualify for free for free shipping. Only standard shipping is available to remote locations and extra shipping charges and additional delivery time may be required. Please contact us for a quote on shipments to Yukon, N.W.T and Nunavut.
Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes.

DELIVERY
Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed as we can't account for unexpected delays in processes or shipping. Delivery is only available Monday through Friday, not including statutory holidays.
EMAIL CONFIRMATION
When your order has shipped, you'll receive another email from us confirming the estimated delivery date. This email may also include a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the carrier's website (UPS or Canada Post).
